Sarah has 10+ years of leadership and management experience predominantly in environmental not-for-profits. She’s built and maintained partnerships with indigenous people & local communities as well as philanthropists to deliver meaningful on-ground impact and connect available funding to robustly designed, community-led climate adaptation solutions.

With core skills in building partnerships across cultures, designing programs for equitable access to benefits, planning and delivering convening, supporting philanthropy to meet local needs, and robust program management she has helped to catalyse and inspire action across vulnerable reef and rural communities.

Currently the owner & operator of Three Corners Consulting with projects spanning biodiversity improvements in farming landscapes to supporting women rangers throughout Australia. Previously the Associate Director of the Resilient Reefs Initiative at the Great Barrier Reef Foundation. This $14 million global initiative worked across four World Heritage coral reef sites and partnered closely with public sector reef managers, communities and scientists across the Pacific to implement solutions to climate change and local threats.
